Wind Sailing
This is a method of pruning that removes foliage mass which allows wind through your trees. In order to reduce the risk of hazard of your trees in high winds we selectively remove branches throughout the crown to allow wind penetration and air passage through the canopy, thus reducing strain, movement, and stress.
As an extra benefit of this process your trees, landscape, and home will all receive additional sunlight, while still maintaining the natural look and overall aesthetics. Cleaning large evergreens is a good practice every 5-7 years to inspect the tree closely and to remove any dead wood that may have accumulated over time, especially if the trees are near a more frequented area.
